The Grand Council of Guardians hosted its Annual Women’s History Celebration Honoring Trailblazing Women in Law Enforcement, Public Service, and Beyond on April 6th at the Black Spectrum Theatre. The event was free to the public and open to all ages.
This is the organization’s 17th annual Women’s History event, in which it honors women in law enforcement and other agencies.
Chair of the Grand Council of the Guardians Charles Billips explained the importance of honoring these women. “Well, it’s to acknowledge their achievements, the strides, and the hard work that these dedicated women put into their jobs!”
