Councilmember Nantasha Williams hosted her third Easter Egg Hunt in Archie Springer Park on April 6th. The event was free to the public and open to all ages.
Children and adults were treated to a large festival with candy, games, bouncy houses, and music provided by DJ Nett!
Council Member Williams shared: “I’m super excited for our 3rd annual egg hunt! I think it’s important to have events like this because I believe it’s my obligation as the councilmember to create space for community members to come together to enjoy themselves.” She then talked about the importance of being outside in the community by stating, “Most of the time we aren’t out in the community. We got to work and school and go straight home. So this is an opportunity for people to really enjoy this space that we have.”
